1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our mobile application, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines communicated by Living Health Network Ltd.
2. Membership & Subscription
- Membership requires a valid subscription payment.
- Subscription tiers (Starter or Builder) offer different benefits as stated on our website and app.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
3. Network Marketing Participation
- Members may earn commissions and bonuses through referrals.
- Rewards (appliances, gadgets, vehicles, etc.) are milestone-based and subject to meeting the required active subscriber numbers.
- Bonuses and commissions are automated; Living Health Network will not manually override or alter payouts except in cases of technical error.
- Members are expected to promote the business ethically, without misleading claims about income or health outcomes.
4. Health Disclaimer
- Living Health Network provides lifestyle medicine education, wellness support, and access to certified organic products.
- We are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.
- Results may vary based on individual lifestyle, health status, and adherence to recommendations.
5. Use of Services
- Members agree not to misuse the app, or network for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
- Content (ebooks, training, branding materials) provided is for personal use only and must not be resold or redistributed without permission.
6. Rewards & Bonuses
- Rewards are granted once milestones are achieved and verified.
- Physical rewards (appliances, vehicles, etc.) may require additional documentation for delivery or ownership transfer.
- Living Health Network reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal value if necessary.
7. Termination of Membership
- Living Health Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership found engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
- Terminated members forfeit access to benefits, commissions, and pending rewards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Living Health Network Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, except as required under Nigerian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Updates to Terms
Living Health Network reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or app notification.
